166 Velox is a logistics and driver operations application used to manage orders, route details, cash handovers, expenses, notifications, and related group leader workflows. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when the application is used.

- Account and profile information, such as name, phone number, role, driver ID, and vehicle information.
- Order and delivery information, including order numbers, pickup and delivery addresses, customer contact details, status updates, notes, expenses, and handover records.
- Location information, when required for dispatching, route support, active order workflows, and driver operations.
- Photos, camera images, and files that users choose to upload, such as expense receipts or supporting documents.
- Device and notification information, such as Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens used to deliver order and status notifications.
- App diagnostics and crash data, including technical logs used to detect and fix errors.
How We Use Information
- To provide core app functionality, including order assignment, driver status tracking, route and contact actions, expenses, reports, and cash handover features.
- To send operational notifications about orders, updates, and workflow changes.
- To support group leader, dispatcher, and administrator workflows.
- To secure the application, prevent unauthorized access, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- To improve reliability and performance using diagnostics and crash reporting.
Sharing of Information
Information may be shared within authorized 166 operational systems and with authorized users such as drivers, group leaders, dispatchers, and administrators when needed for the workflow. We may also use trusted service providers, including Google Firebase services, for notifications and crash diagnostics. We do not sell personal data.
Data Security
Data is transmitted using encrypted connections where supported. Access to operational data is limited to authorized users and systems based on role and business need.
Data Retention and Deletion
